Rules for KY divers and boaters
According to research done by Tom Holtey of Top Kayaker:
For Divers in Kentucky
12" x 12" diver down flag. Divers shall not surface further than 50' from flag.
For Boaters in Kentucky
Other vessels shall keep a distance 100' from flag.
