Rules for RI divers and boaters

According to research done by Tom Holtey of Top Kayaker:

For Divers in Rhode Island

18" x 18" diver down flag required. Flag must be illuminated at night.

For Boaters in Rhode Island

Other boaters must keep 50' from flag.
